Don’t believe everything you read. Might be true, might not. This guy might have been railroaded. I have sat in court in El Dorado County on a number of ocassions and even though Judge Phimister swore an oath to uphold our Constitution in order to get his ‘job’ as all judges and cops, liars, uh, I mean lawyers and D.A.s must, have heard him many times using extortion on victims who have supposedly committed crimes against the state, baiting them with reducing charges or fines if they would drop (waive) their Constitutional rights. That’s treason, folks!
